Q. When will my order ship?

A. Typically, orders ship within 2-3 business days.  Sooner depending on current demand.  Express Mail orders will ship next day.

 

Q. I placed an order but never recieved an order confirmation.  Did my order go through?

A. An order confirmation is sent the moment the order is placed.  Sometimes these emails get stuck in spam or junk folders.  Add Randy@RingsByRandy.com to your safe sender list to ensure your spam filter does not filter them out.  Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation is sent with tracking number.

 

Q. I made (fill in the blank) with your rings and needs cleaning.  How do I clean my (fill in the blank) and bring back it's shine?

A. We have found that hot water and dishwashing soap will remove any built up dirt and oxidation.

 

Q. I ordered the wrong size and need to exchange.  What do I do?

A. Send us an email at Randy@RingsByRandy.com and we will take care of it.

 

Q. The rings I received are thinner than the ones I received from a different supplier.  What's going on?

A. This is due to the fact that there are 2 different systems that wire is measured.  One system is the American Wire Gauge (AWG) and the other is Standard Wire Gauge (SWG).  Some suppliers (including us) use AWG whereas others use SWG.  A good rule of thumb is SWG=AWG+2 or AWG=SWG-2.

 

Q. I bought rings from a different supplier and I don't know what size or gauge they are but I need more.  Can you help me?

A. Absolutely!  Send us a couple rings through the mail and we will measure and match them.

 

Q. I found these rings cheaper somewhere else.  Can you beat the price?
